By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the return and refund terms described below. For items that require returning, our policy is designed to be straightforward and convenient.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Ensure that all original tags, labels, and packaging are returned intact.
  • Items that have been worn, cleaned, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.
  • Requests for return must be submitted within 48 hours from delivery. Please contact our customer service team within this window to initiate a return.
     

Items failing to meet these standards will not be accepted for return.

How to Submit a Return

Step 1: Submit a Request
Send your return request via email with your Order ID and reason for return to  thehorizonemporium455@gmail.com.

Step 2: Provide Supporting Evidence
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos to illustrate the issue. This will help speed up the process.

Step 3: Follow Return Guidelines
After your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

We maintain the right to decline returns that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once your returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.

Partial Refunds
If an item partially meets return criteria (for example, minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your received item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
